In the G.C.E. (A/L) Examination 2019, ranked 3rd in the region, with 231 out of 352 students passing. Of these, 93 students gained admission to universities.
Biology Stream: Secured 2nd place in the district. Eight students obtained university entrance under the new syllabus.
Mathematics Stream: Achieved 6th, 14th, and 18th places in the district. Ten students under the new syllabus and seventeen under the old syllabus qualified for university admission.
Commerce Stream: Students achieved 9th and 19th places in the district. Twelve students under the new syllabus and four under the old syllabus received university admission.
Arts Stream: Achieved 13th and 18th places in the district. Seventeen students under the new syllabus and thirteen under the old syllabus qualified for university admission.
Technology Stream: Achieved 11th and 12th places in the district. Four students qualified for university admission under the new syllabus.
